Payment/Return Policy
All orders must be paid in full. (see
payment methods).
- All Sales are Final. No Refund.
- Soccer Sportswear Error: If customers are returning the product due to a defect, or if their order was incorrect due to shipping error, we will correct the error with no additional charge to our clients. Customers must notify Soccer Sportswear within 5 business days after receiving their order for all claims regarding shortages or defective merchandise. No returns will be authorized or accepeted that were not sold through Soccer Sportwear, that do not include the original packing slip and do not include a Soccer Sportwear Return Authorization Form. Return Authorization Form will be e-mailed or faxed to the customer for inclusion in the return package.
- Customer Error:Customers must notify Soccer Sportswear within 5 business days after receiving their order for all claims where customer has made an error. An exchange of product will be issued and the customer will be responsible for all expeses including shipping, handling and brokerage costs to return the product to Soccer Sportswear.
- Manufacturer Warranties: Soccer Sportswear will honor the manufacturer's warranties on any of their products originally purchased from Soccer Sportswear. Contact Soccer Sportswear for information on warranted products.
- Return Policy Limitations: Soccer Sportswear will not accept returns of merchandise that has been worn or damaged by the customer.
- No returns will be accepted that were not sold through Soccer Sportwear, that do not include the original packing slip and do not include a Soccer Sportwear Return Authorization Form. Return Authorization Form will be e-mailed or faxed to the customer for inclusion in the return package.
- No returns will be accepted on products that are personalized, imprinted, or made to order. This includes products such as numbered uniforms and team wear..
- Security: At Soccer Sportswear we take security very seriously. We will never release card information to anybody outside our organization other than to process the order and check for fraud. Soccer sportswear will only use the payment processing services of reputable firm such as Pay Pay.
